During the past 50 days I’ve been going through a program to better myself, my lifestyle, my mindset, my habits, and my overall health. At my heaviest in the last two years I weighed around 240lbs. I started a program on January 15th and I was extremely skeptical and didn’t believe in what I was about to do. I started the program weighing in around 220lbs. During the first 50 days I have lost 35+ pounds, went from a size 38 pants to a 32 and I have achieved my goal weight of 185lbs. Prior to this program I was constantly tired, always hungry, had poor sleeping habits and was not focused on making myself the best me possible. One of the best parts of this program is that I haven’t had to do it on my own. I’ve had a network of people and a kick ass health coach to help me through it.

The pic on the ⬅️ was taken when I was at my biggest, 476lbs. I was a broken man that wasn’t living my life but rather existing in it. Pain, anxiety, depression, fear, regret. All day, every day. On the outside I put on a fake smile and did my best to navigate life. On the inside, I silently suffered.
Fast forward 1️⃣4️⃣ months:
✅ 9 pants sizes➡️GONE
✅ 5 shirt sizes➡️GONE
✅ Mental fog➡️GONE
✅ Sleep apnea➡️GONE
✅ Back & knee pain➡️GONE
✅ And now a whole new🌎has opened up for me and my family!!
What a difference a year can make!! I’m so thankful that I set aside my skepticism and allowed myself to say YES to this amazing thing called Optavia!! I’ve still got a little ways to go to reach my goal, but because of the healthy habits I’ve developed and with the support of my family, friends, coaches and community, I have ZERO doubt that I’ll be able to reach my goal and maintain my new healthy lifestyle for life!!

😲 Wow, I still can't believe this is me!!!
